Position Overview

The Experience & Content Associate helps bring The BC Lab’s workshops, private events, Beauty Bar activations, and brand content to life.

This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, visually aware, comfortable in guest-facing environments, and excited to work across both event support and social-media content.

Role at a Glance

Schedule: Select evenings, weekends, and special-event dates

Work Setting: In-person workshops, private venues, corporate locations, and event spaces

Primary Focus: Guest support, event preparation, product-making stations, cleanup, and content capture

Experience Level: Entry level; related hospitality, events, beauty, retail, or content experience is helpful

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up workshop, event, and Beauty Bar stations.
• Welcome guests and support them throughout the experience.
• Assist guests with DIY skincare, candle, fragrance, or beauty-making activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished event environment.
• Refill supplies, organize tools, and assist with event flow.
• Help with event breakdown, cleanup, and restocking.
• Capture photo and video content during workshops, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Assist with Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok content, and simple social media updates.
• Support the overall luxury guest experience and brand presentation.

• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with guests in a social environment
• Interest in beauty, skincare, fragrance, wellness, or luxury experiences
• Creative eye for social media and visual content
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and TikTok preferred
• Available evenings, weekends, and occasional special events
